And I knew it: smoking and being normal will have you living as long as eating sprouts and living holy. Awesome!

Yes, that's really my father. He did give up smoking and reform his diet when he had a heart attack, but he was in his 60s by that time. His father lived to somewhere near 100 (he wasn't sure of his age) and, according to my father, took poor care of himself.

Yep. I chose my parents well. In addition, I don't smoke, I exercise, and I generally eat a healthy diet. So either that will make no difference at all, or I'll live forever. I'm hoping to, anyway.
